The quick answer
Omnis drops from Shade of Orobyss at 200 or more Corruption, or from the Confluence of Oblivion Woven Echo at that same minimum. Ordinary amulet reward farming is not a substitute for the listed boss sources.
Where Omnis can drop
| Source | Minimum Corruption | Last Epoch Tools base chance |
|---|---|---|
| Shade of Orobyss | 200 | 15% |
| Confluence of Oblivion | 200 | 35% |
The listed chances increase with additional Corruption above 200 and with distance from the center. These are Last Epoch Tools values, not measured drop rates for your character. Neither route guarantees a drop.
Prepare an eligible farm
Progress an Empowered timeline to at least 200 Corruption and select a qualifying Shade encounter. Confluence of Oblivion is an alternative if you have access to that Woven Echo. Favor a difficulty you can complete consistently; a larger base chance does not by itself prove a faster farm after deaths and encounter costs.
Omnis requires character level 76 to equip. That is separate from its 200 Corruption source requirement. Its effective level for Legendary Potential is 100, so obtaining a high-LP copy is a separate, demanding roll. More Corruption does not guarantee LP.
Check the actual copy’s skill-level and resistance rolls before using it. This guide covers sources and eligibility, rather than an unverified boss strategy or a promised farming time.
